Hake - calorie content

Hakey (another name of the hamlet) is a genus of benthic edible fish from the family of the Merlusus, the Treskoobrazny group, dwelling mainly on the continental shelves of the Atlantic and Pacific oceans in the northern and southern hemispheres. Heck is a valuable food product, a commercial fishing object. The length of the body of these fish, depending on their age and species, varies widely from 30 cm to 1.5 m.

Heck, like other cod fish, is a fish with a low fat content and a high protein content in the flesh. Also, the hake contains vitamins (mainly B, D and PP) and many mineral compounds necessary for the human body. Heck can be considered quite useful fish, you just need to properly prepare it.

Usually the hake is fried, stewed, baked, and boiled in broth or steamed.

Conditional caloric value of hake is about 86 kcal per 100 g of product. This indicator largely depends on the gender, age, location and time of harvesting a particular specimen.

We peel the cleaned hake carcass steaks across. We pour in flour and fry in a pan on both sides until a beautiful golden brown color. If you are not sure about the readiness, you can just sweat the fish under the lid on the smallest fire or put out for 15 minutes in a mixture of the crushed onions and carrots with tomato paste, spices and a little water - too it will be very tasty. Or you can bake hake steaks, filling them in a fireproof form with an onion-carrot-tomato mixture or some kind of light sauce (creamy-garlic, for example).

The boiled hek is prepared as follows: boil large pieces of fish in a small amount of water with a bulb, parsley root and spices for broth. Cook for no longer than 12 minutes after boiling on low heat, otherwise the flesh begins to lag behind the bones.

Serve boiled hake with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes, with rice, light sauces, vegetable raznosolami.
