How to insulate the floor on the loggia with your own hands?
Consider how to properly insulate the floor on the balcony with mineral wool. To do this, you will need:
- a vacuum cleaner:
- beams;
- Anchor;
- self-tapping screws;
- drill;
- perforator;
- mounting wedges;
- sheets of particle board;
- mounting foam.
Warming of the floor on the loggia
- First you need to clean the surface. For this, it is better to use a vacuum cleaner .
- Cross trims are laid out.
- Anchor is used for fixing. First drill a tree with a drill, then the concrete with a perforator. Each beam is fixed with two anchors.
- After fixing the cross-beams, cleaning is done again.
- The longitudinal bars are stacked. For most loggias, it is enough to put three lags. The floor is leveled.

- The entire space between the transverse bars is laid with mineral wool. It fits tightly, cut with a knife.
- Then the mineral wool is placed between the longitudinal bars.
- After the insulation is laid in two layers, it is necessary to cover the structure with sheets of particle board. They are screwed to the rail with screws.
- The floor contour is fixed with a mounting foam. On this arrangement of the rough coat can be considered complete.
As a rule, it's better to insulate the floor on the balcony, because it raises the temperature not only of the balcony itself, but also the adjacent room. It is not difficult to do this using a minimal set of tools and consumables.
