How to use eucalyptus leaves?

Before brewing eucalyptus leaves, determine how saturated the decoction should be.

In the average dosage, several tablespoons per 1 liter of water are sufficient. For a weaker broth - add water or reduce the amount of eucalyptus. For a more intense decoction, use no more than 5 tablespoons of eucalyptus per liter of water.

As a grinder, eucalyptus is used externally, rubbing into areas where the action of the agent is necessary.

For inhalation use 1 tsp. tincture of eucalyptus per 1 liter of water.
