Nausea before childbirth

The prenatal period begins from 37-38 weeks, when the child is already considered full and the beginning of labor is not premature. During this period, preceding the birth, in the woman's body there are important preparatory processes. What are they?

Pelvic bones of a woman are prepared for childbirth, they and ligaments between them soften under the influence of hormones. This is necessary for the normal passage of the child through the birth canal. In this case, a woman can feel that her pelvic bones seem to diverge. It becomes painful to sit for a long time, while walking, the gait becomes similar to the duck (voskachku), sometimes the lower back and the tailbone hurt.

Changes affect the digestive system. It is better to stop eating porridge and bread 2 weeks before the planned delivery, and for a week - to refuse from sour-milk products. It is necessary that there is no excessive gas formation in the intestine.

On the very day of childbirth, it is better to give up eating altogether. Firstly, nausea may appear before delivery, and secondly, it's hard to go to the toilet immediately after birth, so it is desirable that the intestine is empty.

As a rule, on the eve of labor the intestine is completely emptied. A woman often goes to the toilet, and the chair has several larger volumes than usual. In addition, before giving birth, a woman is given a cleansing enema.

A few hours before the first bouts of the woman may appear nausea and diarrhea, before delivery this condition is accompanied by a complete lack of appetite and a stomach disorder.

If you feel nauseated before giving birth, do not be afraid. This is the reaction of the body and, in particular, the digestive system, to the action of hormones that stimulate generic activity.

With the appearance of vomiting before birth, a woman can begin to feel the first weak contractions. This means that everything is going fine. Try to refrain from eating, tune in to the positive, and everything will be fine. By the way, this condition is quite rare.
