Winter is the most fabulous time of the year, when even in the air there is something magical. Winter photos are the warmest and cozy, they want to "dress" in some special way and in this case our gold hands will come to the rescue.
It's not that difficult to make an album, and today I want to offer one of the simplest versions in a cover invented by me personally.
So, today's master class is dedicated to the New Year's scrapbook.
New Year's album scrapbooking - master class
Necessary tools and materials:
- cardboard beer, cardboard color, kraft paper, scrap paper;
- fabric, sintepon, tape, twine, tape from burlap;
- inscriptions, broads, punch, transparent corner for documents;
- ruler, scissors, mock knife, glue;
- sewing machine.
Performance:
- On the beer cardboard we glue the sintepon and tighten it with a cloth.
- Kraft paper is cut, folded twice or four times (depending on the paper weight), as shown in the photo.
- We paste details from Kraft paper to the cardboard pages of the album.
- Half of the pages are sewn onto cardboard bases.
- Then, all pages (including the remaining paper, not glued to the cardboard base), stitching on the top edge.
- Transparent corners cut into equal squares, coinciding in size with the paper, glued and stitched on the three remaining sides.
- Now paste the remaining pages to the cardboard base.
- The two remaining details of Kraft paper are stitched, glued to the cover and stitched around.
- On all the details of the Kraft paper, we force the folds for more convenient and full disclosure of the pages.
- On the cover of the New Year's scrapbooking album we make a layout of ornaments and we sew from the bottom to the top.
- Pictures and an inscription are supplemented with the help of the Brades.
- On the back of the cover we glue the string, zigzag stitch it and decorate it with a cotton ribbon.
- Details from kraft paper are glued together, we punched holes and in the end we complement with twine.
- To make such an album is possible for yourself or someone as a gift - it will please not only the look, but the soul.
