The onion of Centurion is a small bulb, planting which, as a result, we get the so-called "turnip". In order to get a crop in your area that will feed the whole winter, right up to the next harvest, it is necessary to observe a few simple rules when planting the seedling. The sowing itself has a size of 1.5 to 2 centimeters in diameter. This is how bulbs grow in the first year of black cherry - the seeds of onions. Seed-born babies are more resistant to different climatic conditions and diseases.

Choosing the right seed is the key to success. Bulbs must be dry and rustling. Otherwise, they can bend.

The most optimal is planting "under the winter" , that is, in September- October, before the onset of frost. With this kind of planting, the onion will be more seasoned, will absorb a lot of moisture and in spring, with the onset of heat, it will quickly grow. Already in April, you can cut a green feather on salads and green borsch.

Watering onions planting only in the spring and early summer. For a month before harvesting, watering is stopped, so that the onion does not absorb excess moisture and is well kept.
