Paper lilac with paper

Sweet, bright, insanely fragrant - all these words about so beloved by many lilacs. Unfortunately, the age of the cut off lilac is fleeting. But those who want to admire it not only in summer, but also in winter, can make lilac flowers from paper. In our master class, we will tell you in detail how to make a small miracle of yourself - a lilac branch of paper.

For the craft "Lilac of paper" we will need:

Getting Started

  1. From paper cut silhouettes of twigs. For them, you can use brown paper, but to make the lilac come out as realistic as possible, it's better to paint them with colors, making transitions from dark green to dark brown. For each branch, we cut out two parts and draw the middle line on each one.
  2. We apply glue on the parts and glue them in pairs. While the details are still wet from the glue, we give them a volume, squeezing them with your fingers.
  3. For the flowers we take the paper lilac. Since we are striving for maximum realism, we also need a few shades of paper: from light to dark. Cut out of paper flowers with four petals. Petals are raised up, pressing them first at the base of each petal, and then in the middle of the flower. Do it better on some kind of soft base, for example, on a piece of foam rubber.
  4. Blanks for leaves can also be cut from colored paper, or painted by hand, using a few shades of green.
  5. Let's start assembling our cluster of lilacs. At the center of the branch, we apply a layer of glue and start to glue the flowers. So the flowers are small enough, then it will be more convenient to work with tweezers.
  6. To achieve maximum naturalness, when gluing we alternate florets from different shades of paper. When the entire branch is filled with flowers, put it aside to dry.
  7. When the glue is completely dry, we glue the second row of flowers to add clusters of splendor, and also glue to the leaves.
  8. We get here such a charming branch of lilac!

Also from paper you can make a beautiful hand-made article - chamomile .
