Queen's Beach

Rest in Montenegro is like many: mild climate, beautiful nature and beautiful beaches . In the forests and on the coast, it breathes perfectly, and all cares and fatigue remain somewhere beyond the horizon. Among the beautiful beaches of Montenegro there is one closed place from society - the Queen's Beach.

What is interesting about this place?

The Queen's Beach ("Kralichina beach") - the most beautiful pebble beach in Montenegro . It is located slightly west of the village of Chan in the northern part of the Barskaya Riviera, just behind the famous beach of the King in Milocher. Isolation from the general beach line has allowed to keep the beach almost wild and very clean. There is always clear water, a complete absence of debris, unforgettable landscapes and a romantic atmosphere.

The beach has a total length of about 200 m and an ideal round shape, along the entire line it is adorned with olive trees and cypresses. The entrance to the sea is gentle and also from small pebbles, there are no large stones. The name of the beach was due to the fact that the very same Montenegrin Queen Balkan, Maria Karagiorgievich, was very fond of resting here with her ladies-in-waiting. Today, on the shore, there is a rescue service and a medical center.

How to get to the beach?

Since it is surrounded by steep cliffs, it is located in a small bay, it is not accessible by car. You can get closer only by water transport or water taxi (boats and boats). From the village of Chan in the direction of the beach there are tourist routes, the cost of traveling per person will cost € 1-2. In the rock near the beach there is a small tunnel that goes to the pier. Here come VIP-persons from the island of Sveti Stefan .

Part of the beach, which is the eponymous hotel "Kraljicina Plaza", is equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, changing rooms. The cost of using is € 75, there is no free entrance to the beach.
