Ecologists sound alarm

Probably, after many years the lake will become one of the disappeared lakes of the planet, as the needs of agriculture are growing, and nobody is watching the water flow. So from 1988 to 2000 the volume of Doiran water decreased from 262 million cubic meters. m to 80 million cubic meters. m, and, unfortunately, continues to decrease gradually. Over the past thirty years, the drop in water volume has resulted in the death of 140 species of lake flora and fauna.
