  2. Strengthen the walls of blood vessels and arteries, acting as a prevention of heart and vascular diseases. Such properties are due to the amino acid arginine, which is part of the sunflower. And vitamins of group B are prophylaxis of thrombosis and ischemia;
  3. The benefits of sunflower seeds for women is the presence of polyunsaturated fatty acids in them, which reduce the level of "bad" cholesterol and normalize normal blood flow. These fatty acids restore fat metabolism in the body, indirectly helping to fight excess weight.
