Aspirin tablets are a long-known and common antipyretic and analgesic. But the properties of acetylsalicylic acid make some changes in the structure of the blood can turn into a dangerous condition. - rhinitis;
- redness and swelling of mucous eyes;
- angioedema ;
- temperature increase;
- abdominal pain;

Treatment of aspirin asthma
In the treatment of aspirin bronchial asthma, as in the treatment of any allergy, it is important to exclude aggressive substances that provoke seizures. Therefore, a ban on all anti-inflammatory non-steroid drugs, as well as hemicosuccinate hydrocortisone. Paracetamol as an anesthetic for aspirin asthma should be taken with extreme caution. One of the important moments in the treatment of the disease is the correction of nutrition. Diet with aspirin asthma should exclude the use of the following foods:
- fruits, vegetables and nuts, which contain salicylates in large quantities (all citrus fruits, apples, grapes, raspberries, plums, peaches, strawberries, black currants, blackberries, melons, cucumbers,
tomatoes, peppers, artichokes, almonds); - canned food;
- sausages;
- beer;
- products containing yellow dye E102.
In order to eliminate the symptoms of aspirin asthma, inhalants are used. Basically it is glucocorticosteroids. They, in the form of drops, are used to treat rhinitis. In especially severe cases of the course of the disease, glucocorticosteroids are prescribed for systemic treatment.
