From apples you can cook an original and divinely tasty dessert if you bake whole fruits with a nut filling in a puff pastry. As a filling in this case, we will use curd, which is mixed with sugar and steamed raisins. If the filling is dense because of the dryness of the cottage cheese, then we introduce a small amount of sour cream into it and stir again. For additional taste, you can season the curd mass with vanillin or vanilla sugar.

Fill the resulting mass of cavity in the apples and put the workpieces into a baking container or mold, into which we pour a little water and add a slice of butter. Bake such a treat will be at a temperature of 190 degrees for thirty minutes.
