Recipe for black currant
Ingredients:
- currant black - 1 kg;
- sugar - 350 g;
- vodka - to taste.
Preparation
Ripe currant berries are processed from pedicels, leaves, carefully washed in cold water and put into a bottle with a wide neck, pouring sugar. Then we tie up the container with a clean cloth and put it in the sun until the juice is isolated. Periodically, the bottle is shaken well. After all the sugar has dissolved, pour vodka to taste and remove the mixture in a cool place for 1 month. Further we filter the drink and after 4 months we serve it to the table.
The recipe for the filling of currant in the home
Ingredients:
- currant black - 1 kg;
- vodka;
- sugar syrup - 300 g.
Preparation
Berries wilted in the oven and poured into the bottle, filling exactly half the volume. Fill the berries completely with strong vodka, insist in a warm place, periodically mixing the contents of the bottle. We insist the drink for 4 weeks, making about 3-4 pumping during this time. Then merge carefully, add sugar syrup and insist another 5-7 days.
Pouring currant on alcohol
Ingredients:
- currant black - 3 kg;
- granulated sugar - 1 kg;
- alcohol 70% - 1 tbsp.
Preparation
The currant is washed, dried, put into a bottle, poured into sugar and set for 4 days in the sun, shaking the contents periodically. After the start of fermentation, we set the water seal tightly and put the container for 1.5 months in a dark place. After the fermentation has ended, the filling is filtered and we pour alcohol from the calculation that half a glass of alcohol is enough for 1 liter of liqueur.
Blackcurrant pouring
Ingredients:
- vodka - 800 ml;
- black currant - 1 kg;
- sugar - 1 kg;
- water - 3,5 items;
- mint - to taste.
Preparation
Black currant is added to the enamel bowl and thoroughly rubbed. Then we shift the berry mass into a tissue pouch to stack all the juice. From sugar and water, brew a thick sweet syrup, pour in the juice from the black currant and boil again. Then lightly cool the drink, pour in the vodka, mix well and put it back on the fire. We give the filler a little thick, but do not bring it to a boil. After that, the drink is cooled and poured over clean bottles.
