The whole stuffing is thoroughly mixed and tasted, slightly dosing. Bulgarian pepper blanch in boiling water until soft and remove the skin carefully. Now stuff the peppers with cheese-and-egg stuffing and attach them to the flattened shape with a rolling pin so that it is convenient to fry on both sides. The remaining 2 eggs are beaten with a mixer, we dip the vegetable blanks into the egg mixture, roll the peppers in the breadcrumbs and fry them on the heated oil of 2 sides. We serve a dish both in hot form as a second dish, and cold - in the form of snacks.

So, the preparation of the dish begins with the preparation of peppers. The oven is pre-ignited and heated up to 220 degrees. Pepper is processed, cut off the tail, take out the seeds and spread them on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes, and then lightly cool and carefully remove them peel. Now we turn to the preparation of the filling: we curd the cottage cheese, throw the crushed fresh greens, squeeze out the garlic and break the egg for ligaments. We add all the salt to taste, mix it to homogeneity and fill it with prepared peppers.

Then tightly press them and flatten, making the peppers flat. Next, we prepare 3 plates for rolling the blanks. Alternately we dip the pepper first into the egg, then into the flour, the egg and the biscuits mixed with the paprika. In a frying pan, we heat the oil and fry the peppers from all sides in it. Ready buns are put on paper towels, and then we put them on a plate and serve them to the table, decorating with greens.
