The battle of the middle of the 20th century between bartenders of America and the USSR ended with the creation of a cocktail "Hiroshima", which was invented in response to the American "B 52". In fact, Hiroshima differs from its foreign counterpart only in the presence of sambuki and a drop of grenadine, thanks to which the drink got its name, because the viscous liquid in the cocktail is converted into a kind of nuclear fungus.

The composition of the cocktail version of the "Hiroshima" cocktail is unchanged: in equal parts in the glass are represented sambuca, bailis and absinthe, neatly layered on each other. The optimum portion of the drink is 60 ml, that is, 20 ml of each of the ingredients, but experienced cocktail lovers can increase the portion, observing simple proportions of 1: 1: 1.
Ingredients:
- bailis - 1 part;
- absinthe - 1 part;
- sambuca - 1 part;
- grenadine - 3 drops.
Preparation
To make a cocktail you will need a glass and a bar spoon to gently layer the ingredients. A portion of sambuki goes to the bottom of the glass, followed by bailis and absinthe in the final. The grenadine drips into the center of the drink.
