Gooseberries pre-sorted, remove the spoiled berries, and then along with my mint. Banks for preservation should be used only after sterilization. For this, pour water into a saucepan, cover it with a special lid with a hole and install a jar on it. The water in the saucepan will boil and steam the jar. When it becomes hot, you can shoot it. In the cans prepared in this way, go to sleep on gooseberries and put mint. Pour boiling water and cover the top with a lid. Let's brew for about 15 minutes. Now let the water drain, add sugar and let the syrup boil. Fill them berries with mint and roll the cans with metal covers. Immediately turn them upside down, wrap them around and leave them to cool. And then we send it to storage.

Gooseberries are sorted, mine and slightly dry. Pour the berries into the sterilized jars, and place the lemon and mint. Fill the jars with boiling water, let's stand so until they get cold. Then the liquid drained into a saucepan, pour sugar, let the liquid boil, and cook until the sugar completely dissolves. The resulting hot syrup is again filled with berries. Then we roll the jars with tin lids, turn them upside down so that the lids fit well and leave them in such a condition until they completely cool down. Keep this compote preferably in a cool place.

We begin with the fact that we go through gooseberries - rotten and damaged berries are thrown away, otherwise they will spoil the entire compote. Then gooseberry is well washed under running cold water. Orange is also carefully washed and cut into slices. We spread the prepared products to the banks. From water and sugar, cook syrup, pour them gooseberries and orange. Immediately roll the cans with boiled tin lids. After that we turn the jars upside down and wrap them up - it will be instead of sterilization. Under the blanket, the banks will cool for about 24 hours. Only after this, the cans can be turned over and put in a cool place for further storage.
