Distillation

We distill the wine, selecting 1 and 4 parts of distillate in a separate container (then these parts are distilled again). We combine 2 and 3 parts of the distillation with the product of the second distillation. We have obtained a quality wine distillate - a young brandy spirit with hints of smell and taste of the raw materials, the strength can vary on average from 40 to 60%. You can clean this raw material with activated charcoal and filter. Cleaning with the addition of potassium permanganate or milk is also possible. In any case, after precipitation, the purified product should be carefully filtered out with a tube (like gasoline). Now you can dilute the purified young brandy spirit with drinking water or a pharmacy solution of glucose up to 40% of the strength. To measure, we use an alcoholometer (sold in hardware stores).

Infusion

In the best case, pour the distillate into a clean new small oak barrel and insist for at least 2 months (and better, of course, at least 3 years). In a simplified version, you can pour the wine distillate in three-liter glass bottles and lay in them slightly shaved small oak sticks and chips - a few pieces. Bottles should be sealed.
