Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) manifests itself as a violation of digestion and is accompanied by unpleasant sensations in the abdomen, as well as flatulence, diarrhea or constipation. Basically, the causes of the disease are permanent and severe stresses of the body, which causes irritation of the walls of the stomach.
There are two types of irritable bowel syndrome. For each of them a special diet is developed, which is considered to be fundamental in the treatment of IBS.
Diet with IBS with diarrhea

Diet with IBS with constipation
It is recommended to use:
- vegetable soups;
- lean meat and fish;
- all kinds of groats;
- eggs (not more than 1 piece in a dish);
- fruits and vegetables;
- jam and honey, sugar is allowed in tea;
- tea, compote, water, juice.
Prohibited products:
- jelly, jelly, cold;
- white bread, pastries, pasta 1 grade;
- cakes, cakes, marshmallows, marmalade;
- onion, garlic, radish, radish;
- margarine;
- coffee, alcohol.
Do not lean on the drink, adhering to 1.5 liters of liquids, including drinks.

Diet with IBS with flatulence and constipation eliminates easily digestible carbohydrates (cabbage, beans), alcohol, raisins, bananas, nuts, apple and grape juice.
