To make a stuffed duck with apples, we first make a marinade for meat. So, in a deep plate pour the necessary amount of olive oil, throw salt, spices and squeeze through the garlic press. We clean the orange, cut it into slices and squeeze out the juice into a bowl. Stir the resulting mixture with a whisk and leave to infuse for about 10 minutes. This time we process the duck, spread it outside and inside the marinade and wrap the bird in a bag.

Now we start preparing the filling: all the duck offal we cut into small pieces, and the peeled garlic is shredded with thin plates. Apples are washed, peeled, cut in half and cut out the cores.
