The personal development of each person is due to the mutual influence of certain components on each other. So, the factors influencing the formation of personality , and to them should be attributed: the characteristics of upbringing, heredity and practical human activity, create a significant contribution to the development of the individuality of each of us.
Factors of the formation of a person's personality
Currently, the views of scientists on what factors are priorities in personal development, split into two groups. Some believe that heredity determines the future of the newborn, while discarding the important role of upbringing and the environment. Others, in turn, hold the view that the main factors in the formation of personality is the combination of social and biological components. Let's consider each of them in more detail:
1. The social environment. Communication and activities aimed at improving the life of society, help create for the individual all the conditions of life, thereby helping to form knowledge and create all the necessary conditions for self-realization. It is the acquisition of new communicative skills that testifies to the person's personal activity. But, perhaps, the negative quality of this factor is sometimes unintended, spontaneous influence of the society on the development of each of us.
2. Education can sometimes completely change human nature. Only education is considered excellent, which outstrips development. In other words, self-education is the leading factor in the formation of the personality, regardless of its age.
3. Biological factors of personality formation:
- biochemical features of the organism ( metabolism, etc.);
- predisposition to certain morbid conditions;
- harmful effects of harmful habits of parents and relatives on the development of the fetus;
- type of higher nervous system, inherited;
- inborn individual human properties (temperament, on which the actions performed by the individual depend, decisions taken);
- anatomical and physiological characteristics of each organism (some makings of abilities, transmitted, again, by inheritance: the structure of the brain, organs of movement and feelings).
Continuing the theme of the talents of the abilities of each person, it should be noted that their availability does not guarantee that you have a genius in you. Without daily hard work aimed at mastering certain skills, you will not be able to become a great mathematician, an astrophysicist, etc.
