Coming to the processing of grapes, my grapes under running water, after which we remove berries from them, once again rinse them with warm water and let them drain. Boil the syrup to dissolve all the sugar crystals and for another five minutes, after which we pour again into the cans of grapes and immediately seal them sealed with lids. Jam can be made from grapes of any sort. To do this, remove the berries from the previously washed grapes and put them in a saucepan. We pour a little water and put it on the fire. We boil the grapes for seven minutes, after which it is easy to rub through the strainer, separating the skins and in the presence of a stone.
Next, mix the resulting mashed potatoes with sugar and lemon juice and set to cook. After the delicacy boils, boil it for half an hour, and then pack on dry and sterile containers, cork and leave to cool slowly under the "coat."
Juice from grapes for the winter

To make juice from white grapes, it is enough to pass the berries through the juicer. Vines of red varieties should be pre-heated a little at a temperature of 70-80 degrees and only after that use the device to squeeze out the juice.
