There are many recipes for preparing stuffed rolls, each owner has his own secret. Someone likes to make them from chicken fillet, to someone to taste tender veal, well, we'll try to make pancakes from pork - juicy and sufficient fatty meat.
How to cook krucheniki?

Ingredients:
- pork loin - 2 pcs .;
- pickled cucumber - 1 piece;
- cheese - 60 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- sunflower oil.
Preparation
Slices of the loin are beaten thinly, salt, pepper. Cucumber and cheese cut into small pieces along the breadth of a twister. On the edge of each piece of pork we spread a slice of cheese and cucumber, turn off the roll and chop it with a toothpick, or wind it several times with a string. Pancakes from pork are fried in vegetable oil, gradually reducing fire. To ensure that our rolls are thoroughly fried, turn them over periodically. If you think that the meat is not ready enough, you can put the vitamins in the oven for a couple of minutes. Then cut the thread or take out the toothpicks and you can serve the dish on the table.
Kručeniki from pork with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- pork fillet - 1 kg;
- champignons - 800 g;
- onion - 1-2 pieces;
- flour - 4-5 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, spices - to taste;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation
