Pancakes from pork are fried in vegetable oil, gradually reducing fire. To ensure that our rolls are thoroughly fried, turn them over periodically. If you think that the meat is not ready enough, you can put the vitamins in the oven for a couple of minutes. Then cut the thread or take out the toothpicks and you can serve the dish on the table.

For the preparation of cutlets we take pork fillet, beat off, salt, pepper. Champignons are sliced ​​and fried in vegetable oil. Then add finely chopped onions and continue to cook until golden onions. Add salt, pepper and spices. A little mushroom filling is postponed, the rest is allowed to cool down and then we lay out 1-2 teaspoons for each piece of pork. Spread the stuffing in such a way that it does not get out during cooking, you can slightly turn the side edges (for example cabbage rolls). Fold the meat roll, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Then we shift the crochets into a saucepan, add the fried mushrooms, fill it with water or broth, salt and put it on the middle fire for 30-40 minutes.
