Ingredients:
- 150-200 g fillets of fresh salmon
- 0,5 tablespoon of dark miso paste
- a quarter of a tablespoon of light miso paste
- 2 teaspoons of granulated dry broth "Hondashi" (or powder dasi)
- gram 100 cheese tofu
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 5-6 grams of dry seaweed wakame
- 0.5 liters of water
- 3 feather of green onion
- some sesame seeds.
Preparation:
