The homemade burger burger recipe is similar to the recipe for any basic yeast dough. Dilute yeast in warm, sweetened water and pour into the flour together with the melted butter. Mix the dough for 15 minutes, and then divide it into portions and leave to proof for about an hour. Approach the buns with a beaten egg and leave to bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.

We decided to make a classic hamburger cutlet at home from ground beef. For it, you should combine minced meat with a pinch of salt, a woestring and oregano, and then mold a minced meatball with a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of a loaf. Fry the cutlets in a heated frying pan until ready, and in the finale put a slice of cheese upstairs.

Mix the ketchup with mayonnaise and grease the resulting burger sauce, top the cutlets, pepper and onion rings. Cover everything with a second bun.

To prepare the sauce, whisk all the ingredients in the blender to a creamy consistency. Lay the lettuce leaf on a bun, place the cutlet on top and pour it with cheese sauce.

Turn the oatmeal into flour and mix with the liquid smoke, minced meat and grated cheese. Add the salt. Fry the cutlets from the turkey until cooked. Mix mayonnaise with hot pepper.
