There is a list of compensations that the employer must provide to the employee (leave, sick pay, medical and pension insurance). But the company in order to increase motivation can include additional items in the social package. For example, free (preferential) lunches, places in kindergarten, payment of additional pensions to a well-deserved employee of the company, payment of additional education for employees, delivery of employees by official transport, etc.
