  1. Waking up, daily for 60 minutes just disconnect from the world. Forget that you exist in it. Give the world the opportunity to disappear, make a 180-degree turn and look inside yourself. First you can see only the clouds, do not think where they came from, they are just the suppression of your consciousness. If you managed to see them, you have already made a big step, you were able to discard emotions and go through all kinds of black holes. You have got rid of anger, hatred and greed. Osho's dynamic meditation also applies to active meditations. It lasts one hour, perfectly suited for Osho evening meditation and contains five stages:

  1. Chaotic breathing. The exercise lasts 10 minutes. Breathe through your nose as quickly and fully as possible, try to become the very breath. Concentrate on exhalation, and do not worry about inhaling, your body will take care of it. Help yourself with the movements of the body, thus giving energy. Feel your body full of energy, but do not let it go.
  2. Explosion. The exercise lasts 10 minutes. Give vent to emotions, explode! Move, jump, shout, shake, yell, do whatever you want. Do not let the mind interfere with the process.
  3. Jumping. The exercise lasts 10 minutes. Raise your hands and start jumping, shouting the mantra "Hu! Hu! Hu! ". Land to the full stop, allowing sound to hit deep into your the sexual center. Drain completely.
  4. Stop. Exercise lasts 15 minutes. Ramp down in the position in which you are at the moment. Become a witness of everything that happens to you.
  5. Celebration. Exercise lasts 15 minutes. Again start to rejoice, celebrate, dance to music and give thanks to everything that surrounds you. Bring your happiness through the whole day.
