If you are distracted from the big movements while watching the technique of performing complex asanas, and pay attention to the inconspicuous but clear position of the yoga fingers, you will understand what is mudra.
Wise in yoga - this is an integral part of the mood, readiness to perform meditation before the exercises and confirmation of a clear vision of the asana.
As we know, any movement in yoga begins with exhalation and inspiration, stretching the spine, pulling up the coccyx, but also, one of the first elements to be performed before taking asana is wise.
This direction is called "mudrave". What translates as: "mud" - power, "rave" - happiness, and entirely - the road to happiness. Mudra in yoga, this is also a kind of asana, only asana solely for the fingers. These techniques help to harmonize all the 5 elements that are represented on our fingers.
The thumb is the element of fire, the index finger is the air, the middle is the ether, the nameless is the earth, the little finger is the water. By folding our hands in one way or another, we concentrate the appropriate energy inside our body, so for health, finger-yoga and the mudras themselves can be rightly considered an effective way to save energy, tone yourself or, on the contrary, relax. With the help of the wise, knowing for which organs each finger is responsible, you can treat the most serious diseases.
They need to be practiced for at least 45 minutes a day, sitting in the direction of the east or northeast. It is also possible to divide this time and practice the practice of mud for 15 minutes in three blocks.
But even if you do not have these 45 minutes, you can easily repeat, wise in any convenient and not convenient place, because these classes are almost invisible to an outsider. Your "training" can take place in transport, at work, during lunch, and also with one hand while the second is busy.
Technique: wise for the mind
Gayana is wise - for calming the mind and gaining wisdom . It improves the concentration, the work of the brain, improves memory. Sit with your back straight, put your hands on your knees. Connect the pads of the thumb and index finger together, lightly pressing with your fingers, against each other. Close your eyes and drink to yourself the sound of "ohm."
