How correctly to prepare the deruny? We take potatoes, mine, we clean and we rub on a small grater. Then add wheat flour and salt to taste, after which we mix everything thoroughly. At a preheated frying pan, greased with lard, spread a spoonful of potato dough in the form of small flat cakes and fry over medium heat from two sides.

Warm potato pancakes are served to the table with chilled sour cream or soaked cowberry.

First we clean potatoes. One half rubbed on a small grater, and the second - on a large and mixed with each other. Add to the potato mass of soda, flour, salt to taste, mix and immediately fry on the heated vegetable oil. Rinse thoroughly the mushrooms, clean and finely chop. The bulb is shredded in cubes. Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan until golden, and then add the onion. Salt, pepper, cover and cover for about 5 minutes.
