In a frying pan with melted cream butter spread the washed, dried, peeled and optionally peeled, diced apples, and let them in for five minutes, stirring occasionally. You can add a little cinnamon to them for flavor. Eggs, sugar, salt and flour are mixed with whisk or fork until smooth, add the sour cream, beat it up and pour out the apples. Bake under a lid on low enough heat until cooked.

We serve a sweet omelet with apples, sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Sweet omelette with cottage cheese and banana

Eggs are mixed with sugar and a small pinch of salt until uniform, add milk, as necessary rubbed through a sieve cottage cheese, vanilla and whisked gently until smooth. We introduce the diced bananas cut into cubes and gently mix. Pour the resulting mass into a silicone or non-stick coating form and bake in a preheated 200 degrees oven for about thirty minutes.

We serve a delicious sweet omelette with cottage cheese and bananas, chopping it into portions and decorating with banana pieces.

In a similar way, you can prepare a sweet omelet, replacing bananas with strawberries, raspberries or other berries. It will turn out also not less tasty.
