Experts recommend that when the first signs of a violation of the balance appear, include in your menu fresh vegetables such as beets, cabbage, cucumbers and turnips, use as much dairy products with low fat content, kefir, fermented milk or curdled milk as well as apples, pears and fresh berries.

It is equally important to exclude, or at least significantly reduce the consumption of red meat, bakery products and sweets. These products cause a violation of the acid-base balance, so "remove" them is in the first place.
