  2. Snack - curd cheese or fruit.
  3. Lunch - a serving of soup or meat / poultry / fish with vegetables.
  4. Snack - cottage cheese, or boiled egg, or fruit, or a glass of juice.
  5. Dinner - vegetable salad with celery.

A recipe for a healthy salad from a celery stalk

It will take: 2 carrots, 1 small cabbage head or a half large, stalks with celery leaves, salt and apple cider vinegar.

Preparation: chop and remember the cabbage with salt so that it gives juice. After 5 minutes, squeeze the juice. Sprinkle cabbage with apple cider vinegar and leave for half an hour. During this time, rub the carrots and cut the celery. Mix all the ingredients. Done!

Salad of celery and apples for weight loss

It will take: 2-3 Bulgarian peppers, several apples, parsley greens, medium celery root, low fat white yogurt without additives or kefir.

Preparation: chop apples, celery and peppers with thin straws, chop the parsley finely. Mix everything, lightly salt (preferably without it), add yogurt or kefir as a dressing. Done!

Delicious salad with celery

It will take: 3 small beets, a clove of garlic, a few stems and leaves of celery, several lettuce leaves, olive oil, salt and spices.

Preparation: boil the beets, peel and cut into cubes or rub on a large grater. Salad and celery finely chop, mix everything. In a glass, pour one teaspoon of oil, lemon juice and squeezed garlic, mix everything, season the salad. Leave the salad for 15 minutes. Done!

Salad with celery: a recipe for losing weight

It will take: one carrot, one turnip and a celery root.

Cooking: rub all the products on any grater of your choice (usually prefer small ones), mix thoroughly and season with lemon juice. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Done!

Salad with celery stalk

It will take: boiled carrots, cucumber, 2-3 stalks of celery, kefir 1% fat.

Preparation: all ingredients, except kefir, grind by hand or with a grater, mix and pour over with yogurt. If desired, you can pour a little more kefir, and you get something like vegetable okroshki on kefir. Done!

Salad from greenery of a celery

It will take: greens of celery, parsley greens, rucola or leaf salad, 1-2 cucumbers, juice half a lemon. All ingredients should be the same amount by volume.

Preparation: all finely chop, sprinkle with lemon juice. You can add half a teaspoon of olive oil. Done!
