How to make chocolate muffins? Melt the chocolate on a steam bath, add the oil and mix until smooth. Eggs, together with additional yolks whisk with sugar in a strong foam. We pour chocolate and butter on them, mix them. Add flour, salt, continue to whisk.

We take special forms for cupcakes (better silicone - muffins do not stick and are easily removed, if the shape is ceramic, it must be lubricated with oil). We fill the indentations only by a third! This is important - our keksiki strongly rise. We put for 10 minutes in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.

The edges of the dough will grasp, and the middle will remain liquid. Serve these sweet "volcanoes" hot, until the chocolate "lava" is not frozen.

We break the tile of white chocolate into small pieces, add to the dough together with the cherry (do not defrost it!). Once again, everything is mixed.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. It is important not to overdry! Then chocolate muffins with a banana will turn out very soft and gentle.

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and vanillin. Separately, beat the mixer with eggs, kefir and butter. Add dry ingredients, mix, add nuts.

The molds for baking are lubricated with oil, fill with a test for 2/3 and bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees. Willingness is checked with a toothpick - pierce the muffin, if the stick stays dry - the dessert is ready.
