Rhythmic gymnastics in kindergarten

A complex of rhythmic gymnastics is an exercise that is conducted to music and is usually very popular with kids who find such an activity very cheerful. It's no secret that movement is one of the most important human needs and especially a child who, for the development of agility and coordination, simply needs to constantly train physically.

Rhythmic gymnastics for children can be conducted from an early age. With this in mind, it is necessary to pick up music that will suit the young athletes: it is usually a collection of gay children's songs, modern popular music and, of course, a classic that can be used for final stretching in view of the fact that not all children are taught to love and respect such music.

Rhythmic gymnastics in kindergarten can be held in different groups. We give an example of a harmoniously composed complex for children who go to the preparatory group:

  1. Starting position: hands - in the lock, legs apart. You have to reach up, raising your hands and standing on your toes, then sit down, stretching your arms forward, turning your hands outward. Then return to the starting position.
  2. The starting position: the arms near the shoulders, the elbows - in the sides. You have to sit down and turn your head to the side. After taking the original position, sit down and look the other way.
  3. The starting position: the arms are bent, the right one lies on the left. You need to quickly rotate your hands away from yourself, then - to yourself, then - three claps above your head, standing on tiptoe. Return to the starting position.
  4. Matryoshka. Starting position: elbows forward, left - put on the right palm, left palm - under the cheek. Squat, pushing the heel forward, return to the original. Then shake the trunk to the sides and again sit down, changing the position of the hands, and return to the starting position.
  5. "Tick-on". Hands on the waist, legs apart. You need to swing your hips to the sides.
  6. Within 40-50 seconds of running and jumping in different versions.
  7. Starting position: legs apart, hands on the waist. You need to bend over, tilt your head back, take your elbows to the same place. Return to the original and tilt the head forward, elbows forward, the body forward.
  8. The starting position is the same. Turn the head to the sides, then tilt the head to the sides.
  9. "Pinocchio". The starting position is the same. Take turns to lift your shoulders, open your palms forward - to show surprise. Continue to raise and lower your shoulders. Return to the original.
  10. Starting position: legs apart, arms behind back. Slopes to the right - to the original - the slopes to the left. Then tilt back and forth.
  11. Starting position: sit down, legs straight arms to the sides. Bend and unbend the feet.
  12. "A lump". The starting position is the same. Legs bend, clasp hands, head to lower. Then return to the starting position.
  13. "Harlequin". The starting position is the same. Legs spread apart, the body forward, elbows on the floor, chin in the palm of your hand. To shake your head to the sides, then return to the original.
  14. "I'm lying in the sun". Lie on your stomach, support your chin with your hands. Alternately bend your legs and shake your head to the sides.
  15. The "Boat". Lying on my stomach to bend, raise my arms, then return to the original.
  16. "The Cat". The deflection in the lower back is on all fours up and down.
  17. Stand up straight, inhale, stretch up, exhale, lower your hands.

Dance-rhythmic gymnastics in many respects depends on music, therefore to its selection it is necessary to be treated very carefully. If children like the melody, then they will perform the exercises with enthusiasm.
