Clafuti looks like a normal fruit cake, but since its base is a liquid egg dough, to taste it is more pancake with a filling in the original serving. And as pancakes can be eaten with anything (a vivid example is pancakes with minced meat ), and klafuti is prepared not only sweet, with fruits and berries, but also salty - with seafood, poultry or mushrooms.

Chicken breast boil in salted water, cool and cut into small cubes. Tomatoes scalded, peeled off and forked mash in a not too homogeneous mashed potatoes. How to cook klafuti with blueberries? We roast the almonds and grind them in a coffee grinder into a powder. Mix it with sifted flour, sugar and salt. We add eggs and yolks, pour in cream. Shake the dough in a blender until smooth.
