The basic principles of proper nutrition for weight loss are as follows:
- sugar - is excluded;
- all sweet except fruit - we exclude;
- any fatty, fried dishes - we exclude;
- all flour, except for grain bread - is excluded;
- dinner is finished 3 hours before bedtime;
- eat at about the same time;
- get used to unsweetened drinks;
- In the morning we eat tightly, and after dinner we prefer light, low-fat foods;

In practice, it turns out that even without this, it's quite easy to live, but the weight decreases at a rate of 1 kg per week.
Menu diet PP
Consider a general plan for a diary diet based on proper nutrition. Try to eat deliciously and diversely - this is the whole secret.
- Breakfast - porridge or 2 eggs (in any form) + tea without sugar.
- The second breakfast is any fruit.
- Lunch is a serving of low-fat soup with a slice of grain bread.
- Snack - a cup of yogurt 1%.
- Dinner - meat / poultry / Fish / seafood + vegetable garnish.
Based on a healthy diet, you can correctly distribute foods throughout the day, exclude harmful foods with empty, non- nutritional calories and lose weight easily, without hunger strikes.
