Preparation

Spicy dietary soup puree from vegetables
Ingredients:
- broth based on vegetables-0.5 liters;
- cabbage - 100 g;
- carrots - 100 g;
- tomatoes - 100 g;
- Bulgarian pepper - 100 g;
- onions - 50 g;
- zucchini - 100 g;
- bay leaves, paprika, spicy herbs.
Preparation
Vegetables, with the exception of tomatoes, must be washed, cleaned and cut into cubes. Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water and remove the skin. All vegetables put in a saucepan, add broth, bay leaf , spices and cook over minimal heat for 30 minutes. Then vegetables and using a blender whip them to a homogeneous mass. In the resulting puree, add salt and lightly heat.
