Flounder fried in batter with tomatoes and garlic

Ingredients:

Mix flour, breadcrumbs and salt. In a separate bowl we beat eggs.

We first dip the fillets of the flounder in the eggs, then in the breadcrumbs and put them in a frying pan with red-hot oil. Turn the toasted fish from one side, sprinkle with two kinds of peppers, put the tomatoes and garlic, cut into slices, and bring them to readiness under the lid. Finished flounder fillet with tomatoes and garlic sprinkled with chopped herbs. We serve with any side dish or as a separate dish.

Flounder in sour cream baked with cheese in foil in oven

Ingredients:

Flounder wash, clean, remove dark skin, pour lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and lay light skin on the shiny side of the foil. From above, generously grease sour cream with chopped dill and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then we close the foil with a house, without pressing it to the fish, and in a preheated to 195 degree oven for about twenty minutes.

After the time has elapsed, open the foil and bake for another eight minutes.

Flounder with potatoes and mushrooms in the oven

Flounder is washed, dried, cut off fins and head, cleaned of the viscera and skin. Then cut into portioned pieces and pickled in soy sauce for about two hours.

While the fish is marinated, peeled potatoes are cut into circles, carrot straws, mushrooms plates, and onions are semirings.

Spread on the baking sheet first potatoes, then mushrooms, carrots and onions. All the layers are seasoned with salt and spices. On the laid vegetables we have pieces of flounder, pour out the remaining sauce and send the dish to a heated to 195 degrees oven for thirty minutes. Then sprinkle with hard grated cheese and bake for seven more minutes.

When serving, rub it with chopped dill.
