Gymnastics Taijiquan

Taijiquan (or Tai Chi) - this is the main system of health gymnastics in China, all exercises are of combat origin and are still used in sports sparring. Gymnastics Taijiquan is engaged in millions of people around the world, the Chinese alone, who traditionally begin every morning with tai chi in parks. Chinese gymnastics taijiquan can be performed both in health and in combat.

Today we will analyze several basic exercises of health gymnastics Taijiquan. The complex is called the 24th form and consists of 24 elements. At first glance, their implementation is not worth much effort, but you will notice that the very low stance in which it is customary to perform tai chi will force your muscles to raise. For the first time it will be enough to study only the first three movements.

  1. Stroking horse manes. We always start from the frontal counter, we squat, hands swim up, we make a turn and the right foot steps right-forward. At the same time, the right hand is from the bottom, the left is from above. We represent that under the left hand the horse's mane and iron it from top to bottom.
  2. We pass from the first motion to the second. The left arm is bent into the hook, the fingers of the right hand touch the elbow of the left. Right foot on the toe, squatting with your right hand stroking around the knee and putting your right foot forward.
  3. Playing the lute. Right-sided stance, the left arm is bent from the side. We represent, that on the right palm the ball, and we push it with the left hand, thus making a step with the right foot back.

Occupation Taijiquan - this is an incredible beauty spectacle, even if you are just a spectator. And the performance of the Tai Chi exercises themselves requires the development of a good fantasy, since all movements are taken from life, and if the exercise is called "ironing the horse's mane", then it is to you that the horse must be presented in front of you.
