A little warm up the chosen vessel on the fire, pour in the ground coffee, throw a couple of salt crystals, granulated sugar at will and pour the boiled water to the boil. At this stage, do not mix the coffee in the saucepan. We put the container with the contents on the plate for the smallest fire and wait until the coffee starts to foam and rise. Immediately remove the dishes from the fire and after a few minutes repeat the heating. After that we remove the saucepan from the coffee from the plate, cover it with a lid and let it sit for another five minutes.

Before serving, pour the drink over warm cups, adding milk or cream if desired.

The main thing is that in this case the coffee was finely ground, and the cup is preferably ceramic or simply with thick walls. We warm the last well by pouring boiling water into it and leaving it for a few minutes, after which the water is drained, we pour the necessary amount of ground natural coffee and pour all the water heated to the highest boiling point. Immediately, we rub the surface of the formed foam with sugar, cover the cup with a lid or a saucer and let it stand for a few minutes. Sugar crystals on the foam will help settle the entire thicket to the bottom, and the drink will be obtained without its impurities on the surface.

Now we season the coffee with sugar, and also if we want to add milk or cream and enjoy.
