Applying to a kindergarten in Ukraine
If you decide that your child will attend a private preschool, then parents must personally visit this kindergarten to apply.
Officially queues for admission to state kindergartens do not exist anywhere, not in Ukraine, nor in the Russian Federation. However, in reality the situation looks completely different. And, if the head of the kindergarten has recorded information about your child, this does not mean that you have provided a place in the kindergarten. Therefore, for registration of future kindergartners, an electronic registration system was developed and implemented, the principle of which is approximately the same (with a few exceptions) both in Ukraine and in Russia.
In order to register a child in such a queue it is necessary:
- to submit an application by going to the website "Electronic registration in preschool educational institutions of Ukraine". After that, during 30 days parents must provide originals of necessary documents to the registrar;
- then all documents are checked by the registrar in the administrative services center, and information about your child is entered in the national registry, and parents are given a certificate of the child's placement in an electronic queue with a login and password that will provide access to your account. Now there are no problems, as you can find out the turn in the kindergarten, you will not have;
- as a rule, to track the queue in kindergarten, you should periodically go to the site where you can find out the status of the application submitted and track the progress of your turn to a kindergarten.
- on the site you can find out what kind of queue exists in other kindergartens, and get the necessary information about the kindergartens in your region;
- that your child is enrolled in a kindergarten, you must be notified by e-mail. In the spring, in the year of your child's supposed admission to kindergarten, parents should apply to the registrar for referral to a pre-school institution. At this time, the recruitment of groups begins.
As in Ukraine, and in Russia, a child can be enrolled in the queue for kindergarten, starting at six months of age.

In order to record a child in a preschool, you can use two options, like in Ukraine: either personally come with a package of necessary documents to the Education Department of your region, or register using the "Electronic queue" server, which is more convenient in our computer time.
During the placement in the queue, parents are given the right to choose three preferred kindergartens. Waiting until the turn reaches the most preferable children's institution, you can temporarily give the child to an alternative garden.

After that, you will have the opportunity to check your electronic queue at the kindergarten at any time convenient for you. You can do this with the code assigned to your application. The kindergartens are completed from June 1 to July 1.
As you can see, it's quite easy to see the child's turn to a kindergarten. The introduction of the electronic queue allows to significantly save the free time of parents and cut down living queues under the offices of officials.
