  1. Draft of dumbbells in slope. Legs shoulder width slightly bent at the knees, back straight, shoulders lowered, dumbbells in the hands. Tilt the upper body forward to an angle of 45 °. Slowly pull the dumbbells to the waist, then return to the starting position.   3. Slopes forward. Stand upright, feet shoulder width apart, back straight, shoulders lowered, dumbbells in hands. Slowly maximally tilt the body forward, without bending the legs in the knees, then, return to the starting position. Do not round your back during the exercise.
