Delicious jam from mulberry and cherry

Ingredients:

Preparation

We go through the silkworm, remove the green berries, leaves and twigs. Then rinse it in small batches under running cold water and lay it on a clean towel to dry. Next, we pour the berry into the blender's container, crush it to homogeneity and pour into the bowl, in which we will make jam. Now let's prepare the cherry. To do this, too, we carefully sort out, throw out rotten and under-ripe berries, rinse well under running water and leave for a while, on a towel, to dry them. After that, carefully remove the tails and bones.

Then we put the cherry in the bowl of the blender, crush it to a homogeneous mass and pour it into a basin for cooking jam. We combine cherry puree with silkworm, pour in sugar and mix thoroughly.

Then put the jam on a weak fire, bring to a boil and boil the jam from the boil for about 30 minutes. Then immediately pour it over clean prepared jars, cover with sterile lids on top and roll. We turn the banks upside down and leave in such a state to cool down. Next, we store the treat in a cool and dark place throughout the winter.
