We cultivate the rowan, we release it from the peduncles, we remove the rotten berries and wash them in a colander. In apples and pears, we cut out the cores and shred fruits in small slices about half a centimeter thick. Pour the water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. From above we set a colander with berries and heat for 5 minutes. Then we take out the colander and let the water drain. Now lay out the softened rowan in a saucepan, add apples, pears, fall asleep with sugar and cook, stirring, about 40 minutes on a weak fire. Then remove the plate, cool the jam and repeat the procedure several times. After that, we roll it into cans or put it into a pialachu and serve it to the table.
