Lean dough for pizza (actually, it's a classic version) is made from wheat flour, olive oil and water. You can use for the substrate and fresh yeast dough with the addition of a small amount of olive oil.

What to replace cheese for lean pizza?

It is worth recalling that cheese, in itself, is not a dishonest product, as it is not necessary to take away the life of another living being to get cheese from milk. For representatives of various faiths, incompetent products, first of all, are: animal meat, poultry, fish and flesh of other animal creatures. So, decide for yourself, options are possible. In principle, the filling, in some ways and without cheese, sticks to the dough well, if it is pressed lightly.

Mushrooms are sliced ​​in medium-sized slices. They can be lightly fried in olive oil and fried for 15 minutes. Oyster mushrooms can not be brushed, as they are edible and raw and even more useful. Or you can boil the mushrooms in a small amount of water (the broth will go for soup or mushroom gravy).

Sift flour with a slide, make a groove, add salt, oil and, gradually pouring water, knead the dough (it is convenient to make a fork). Next, knead the dough with your hands, if you decide to bake without milk cheese, do not lubricate your hands with oil.

Olives cut into circles, and tomatoes in thin slices, sweet pepper, onions and greens cut finely.

Roll out the pizza topping and put it on a greased baking sheet or special ceramic "stone" for baking pizza (it can be purchased at home appliances stores). If you cook with grated milk cheese (or tofu), lightly sprinkle them with a backing, top the slices of mushrooms and tomatoes, and between them - circles of olives, chopped greens and sweet peppers. Lightly press the filling into the substrate. We bake lean pizza for about 25 minutes or slightly longer. Ready pizza sprinkled with grated cheese, let it slightly fuse, and pizza lightly cool before cutting. Likewise, small miniature pizzas can be prepared that can not be cut, which is very convenient, especially if the farm does not have a disc knife.

It is clear that if you consider it permissible to consume seafood, you can include lightly salted fish in the filling (salmon is especially delicious). Fish need 200 grams.

You can also include in the filling of cooked squid. The flesh of squid is cooked in water for 3 minutes, no more, then it is cooled and cut into strips.
