First, prepare the cans and covers properly. For a given amount you will need three liters of capacity. Rinse them and sterilize them. Thoroughly flush herbs and vegetables. Sweet pepper must be cleaned of seeds, cut into slices, hot pepper - thin rings or slices (if you like more sharply, you can cut the pepper with seeds).

Separate the grapes from the twigs, carefully rinse the berries. Clean the horseradish root and cloves of garlic.

At the bottom of each can distribute, alternating all components: spices, followed by greens and horseradish, then again greens, then tomatoes, interspersed with berries of grapes. Put a strip of pepper into the empty space. Pour salt and sugar. Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes, covered with a lid. At the end of time, gently pour the marinade into a suitable saucepan, boil it and again pour the tomatoes. Now you can roll the cans with sterilized covers. In each jar on the bottom throw garlic, laurel, pepper peas and dill (umbrellas or seeds), then spread tomatoes, alternating with grapes.

Now prepare the brine: pour salt and sugar into the water (almost boiled), bring to a boil and fill with this solution the tomatoes in the jar. Leave it for half an hour.

Then pour the brine again into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Fill the tomatoes with hot brine, cap the containers with sterilized lids and, turning the jar upside down, leave under a warm blanket for a day. Now you can send delicious tomatoes for storage to all the other workpieces in the basement.
