We take dense, washed fruits of white plums and extract from them unnecessary bones. We also cut the washed apples into two halves, carefully cut out the core, and cut the rest of the fruit into lobules. We put the two prepared fruits in one wide, metal container, add to them drinking water, so that it covers pieces of fruit and put everything on the included plate. Cook the contents of the container until the flesh is well cooked, and the peel itself will not be removed from them. Then we cast half of the liquid, in which apples with plums were boiled in a separate vessel, and the rest is transferred to a colander. When the remains of water flow from the fruits, and they cool down to a warm state, then we put a container with a cast compote and rub it into cooked plums and apples. We remove the colander, and send the compote with fruit pulp to the stove. Add to them a fine, white sugar, stir and cook apple-plum juice for about 13-15 minutes. We poured it hot, on sterile glass jars and canned juice for the winter.
