The base of the pie resembles a sand pie with the only difference - the presence of eggs in the composition. Actually, the cooking scheme is also similar to the classical one. Cold oil must be chopped with a mixture of sugar (60 g) and flour, and then drive one egg to the crumb and collect everything together. The finished dough is cooled, and then distribute in a selected form a uniform uniform layer, covering the bottom and walls.

Separate the remaining two eggs and whisk the proteins into a foam. Separately, whisk 100 grams of sugar with sour cream, starch and cottage cheese, add protein foam. Clean plums from the bones, but do not cut the fruit in half, but only cutting them half or 2/3. Mix the remaining sugar with cinnamon and fill with a mixture of cavities in the plums. Whisk all the ingredients together until you get a more or less homogeneous mass. After stopping the whipping, beat the eggs to the curd mixture and restart the blender. The latest add to the mixture dry ingredients - flour and baking powder. Distribute the dough in an oily form and lay out the halves of the peeled plums over the dough. Bake a cake of cottage cheese and plum in the oven at 180 degrees 40-45 minutes.
