Rainbow trout baked in the oven

Cover this container with a suitable lid and send it to the already heated to 195 degree oven. We cook rainbow trout for about half an hour. But 7 minutes prior to its preparation we remove from the form a cover that the dish was covered with a gold crust.

Fish fillets should be washed in a container with clean water and dried. Next, cut the fillets into 3-4 cm slices and each of them rubbed with salt.

In a small plate we combine fatty mayonnaise with sour cream and lemon juice squeezed out of lemon. Each slice of rainbow trout rubbed with this gorgeous mixture and put them on a slightly oiled cut of food foil. All the fish are tattooed with a variety of different ground peppers, and on top of it we lay out half-rings of fresh onions and large cubes of colorful bell peppers. We close all this beauty with the edges of the foil and send it to the oven heated up to 185 degrees. After 25 minutes you will be able to taste our marvelous fish.
