Spiral gymnastics

Today, a very large number of people have problems with joints and spine, and the reason for that is progress. Instead of walking we use transport, instead of physical work we sit at the computer, instead of personal meetings we talk on the phone. Against the backdrop of this sedentary lifestyle, there is a need for special sets of exercises for the joints. One of them is the spiral gymnastics su-jok, developed by Professor Park Jae Woo from China.

Spiral gymnastics for the neck, spine, joints

The advantage of this kind of gymnastics for the joints is that you perform only soft, smooth movements that are great for warm-up. As a result of training, you do not get stress at the level of tissues and ligaments, on the contrary - they all relax, the tension is redistributed, the nerve impulses are released. During the classes you not only get rid of the pain, but also correct the overall health of the joints, ligaments and tissues, which in turn leads to the improvement of the central nervous system.

It is also important that spiral exercises are so organic and simple that their implementation is available to everyone - from small children to the elderly.

Standard spiral twist gymnastics

A set of spiral exercises is performed in a standing position. Each stage has its name: Hetero corresponds to the Chinese concept of Yang (masculinity), the concept of Homo-Yin (female beginning), Neuto - the original Force, Neutro - TAO, or harmonious Unity.

Part One, Neuto

Hands and body make twisting movements: to the left (this is called the left twist) first, and then to the right side (this is called the right twist).

Four Neutral Movements

Standing face to the east, hands down. Brushes and the body make a left twist, then - right, and so 4 times on four accounts. Four Hetero-movements

Hands, body, head perform left-top left twist, then right-bottom direction - right twist. Movements are made to the account "5, 6, 7, 8".

Four Homo Motions

Hands, body, head make left-bottom direction a left twist, then in the right-upper direction - the right twist. Movements are made to the account "2, 2, 3, 4".

Four Neutro Movements

In the upper position, the arms describe the trajectory of the sign of infinity (horizontal eight), moving parallel to each other. Hands move first in the left, then in the right direction. In this case, the hands change the direction of the twist from the left to the right. Movements are made to the account "five, six, seven, eight".

Part Two, Heterosexual

Each part of the gym has its own peculiarities and differs from the previous one, therefore, it is worthwhile to study until complete learning, looking at the text or listening to a video instructor.

Four Neutral Movements

Hands at shoulder level, horizontally. First the hands and then the entire body make a left twist, then the right twist, after which the left twist and the right twist to the score "1, 2, 3, 4".

Four Hetero-movements

Hands, body, head perform a left-upper left twist, and in the right-upper direction the right twist, as if making a tick - passing through the central lower position. Move the movement to the account "5, 6, 7, 8".

Four Homo Motions

Hands, legs, body make left-bottom direction a left twist and in the right-bottom direction - the right twist, to the account "2, 2, 3, 4".

Four Neutro Movements

Hands move in the form of an infinity sign, following in parallel to each other from left to right to the score "5, 6, 7, 8".
