Summer Hat Knitting Pattern

1. For knitting you will need two hanks of cotton threads, hook number 2, thin fishing line and satin ribbon with a width of 0.5 cm and a length of 1 m.

2. Let's start knitting. Almost all hats are knit from top to bottom, and this model is no exception. We begin work with the bottom of the hat, connecting the three air loops in the ringlet. The next row consists of ordinary columns without a crochet. Next, increase the number of loops by half, tying two stakes out of each loop without a crochet. In total, they should be 12. In the next row, alternate 2 columns without a crocheted out one loop of the bottom row with 1 column with a crochet. And for all subsequent rows, we apply the crochet pattern of the summer hat, which you see in the picture.

3. You should get a circle whose diameter is determined by frequent fitting or by the formula: circle the head divide by the number pi (3,14) and subtract from the resulting number 2 cm.

4. Now we begin to knit in height - this will be the crown of the hat. We knit in a spiral, from each loop of the bottom row, tying one column without a crochet. The first two or three rows of crowns are better knit a little tighter, so that the transition was more even. After every few rows, try on the fitting to make the finished product fit you. Consider that a thing made of natural thread has a tendency to stretch slightly when worn. The base of the hat captures about 30 rows - it is necessary that it only covers the ears a little. The last row of the crown will be made with holes for stretching the ribbon: for this, we need to tie it with columns with one crochet.

5. The fields of our hat will be slightly flared. The mating of each row is slightly different:

The last, row 17 is the column without the crochet. They should tie the line to the fields to keep the shape. At the end of the work, cut the fishing line, and hide the tip of the thread from the wrong side of the hat.

6. And the final touch - we decorate the summer hat with crocheted flowers. To do this, we pull three air loops into a ringlet, we will fasten ten columns with a crochet under them. In the last, third row, we need to loosen five new loops from each loop of the second row:

Then go to the next loop (use the connecting bar), and so on. Tie any odd number of such flowers and sew to the hat, previously decorated with ribbon.
